1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Coriyon's Studio, I strive to ensure that every client and customer is satisfied with my services and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted.
2. Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital assets and provided services, all sales are generally considered final once the files have been downloaded or the service has been completed. However, I may offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if there is a technical defect with the product that prevents it from functioning as described, and I am unable to resolve the issue.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (for physical goods) or proven defective (for digital goods). You may be asked to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are not granted for changes of mind regarding custom services once work has commenced.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please email me at coriyonecu10@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Once your request is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
